Online Store Orders (Chipply)

If you order through one of our custom group stores:

• Your order is processed on the Chipply platform.

• Chipply handles payment processing and security.

• Chipply may collect shipping or billing information as needed to complete your order.

Order Coordination and Fulfillment

For group or team orders, we may share necessary order details with the group coordinator (for example, a coach, teacher, or business manager) only for the purpose of organizing and distributing orders.

When local delivery is selected, we may use the contact information you provided to coordinate drop-off.

Local Pickup and Delivery

Team Works currently provides:

• Local pickup at our shop

• Local delivery when arranged directly with the group organizer

We do not ship orders outside of our local service area.

Data Retention

We may retain past order details to assist with reorders, replacing items, or verifying artwork or sizing. If you would like us to remove this information, you may request deletion at any time.
